Custom Orders

Our speciality and the core of our business is custom orders. This is your chance to have the piece of your dreams, with as much or as little involvement in the design process as you wish.

So, for that truly unique item for yourself or a special gift, just leave it to us!

How does it work?

When you contact us to start a custom order, we'll take some information from you to help set the basic design - what kind of jewellery, length, width and shape, colours and style. Then you can set your budget for the order and choose what materials are used, including semi-precious stones, pearls, crystals and glass. The minimum amount is just £30.

We will then ask for a deposit of approximately 50% of your budget in advance to cover design costs and purchase of materials, and set an approximate delivery date. If that date is impacted by a delay in ordering materials or any other factor we will let you know as soon as possible.

A preliminary design will be submitted to you for approval, with supporting photographs of the materials and any other relevant items. Once we have your approval we will start work.

Updates will be provided to you throughout the process right up until completion, when we will invoice for the remaining amount and then your piece will be despatched by Special Delivery.

Notes

Please note that custom made items are exempt from the cancellation rights given in the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and 2005, although cancellations received in good time (before materials are purchased) will be considered. The first 50% of the budget taken as deposit will not be refundable except in exceptional circumstances due to the amount of design work already invested and materials purchased. Custom items also cannot be returned after completion.
