Shades of Amber spiral staircase necklace

My brief was to create a spiral staircase necklace with an amber core (the same as my own) with similarly coloured beads for the outer spiral. The necklace was a present to someone with dark hair and skin tone, so a palette of ambers was chosen as a good highlight for her. The necklace falls to just under the collarbone, and took just over six hours to weave.
